Selected photos are used to generate local in-game textures and previews.
Scope
This Privacy Agreement applies to Asde - Territory Collapse, including the mobile app, local photo-territory features, settings, battle modes, records, in-app purchase support, and related user support communications.
This Privacy Agreement does not apply to Apple, your device manufacturer, your mobile carrier, third-party websites, or other apps that may have their own privacy practices.
Information We Handle
Depending on how you use Asde, the app may handle the following categories of information:
Photos you choose from your device library for gameplay identity, territory textures, soldier textures, thumbnails, and previews.
Local asset identifiers, file names, creation dates, image dimensions, selected-photo status, and generated local cache files.
Sound, haptics, reduced motion, quality mode, and similar app settings stored locally through device storage.
Battle progress, territory state, level status, match records, and statistics created by your game activity.
Apple may process payment and transaction details. We may receive limited purchase status information needed to deliver or support digital items.
Email address, request content, attachments you choose to send, and related correspondence if you contact us.
How We Use Information
We use information for the following purposes:
- To provide photo-territory gameplay, photo texture rendering, battle previews, local asset libraries, PVP-style battle flow, PVE campaign entry, and battle records.
- To save preferences such as sound, haptics, reduced motion, and visual quality mode.
- To provide purchase delivery, restore support, troubleshooting, fraud prevention, and customer support.
- To maintain app safety, debug crashes or defects, prevent abuse, and protect users, Asde, and the Apple platform.
- To comply with legal obligations, enforce the User Agreement, and respond to valid rights requests or lawful process.
Local Photo Processing
Photos are central to Asde's visual identity. When you choose a photo, the app may resize, normalize, cache, and display it as a territory texture, soldier texture, battle thumbnail, or selected-photo preview. These operations are intended to happen on your device in the current version.
You can remove local selected-photo status or delete local photo assets using the app controls where available. You may also manage photo library permissions in iOS settings. If you remove permission, some photo-based features may stop working until permission is restored or another photo is selected.
Asde does not use selected photos for facial recognition, biometric identification, advertising profiles, or AI image generation in the current app behavior described by this project.
Legal Bases and Reasons for Processing
Where laws require a legal basis for processing personal information, we rely on one or more of the following:
- Your consent, such as when you grant photo permission, choose a photo, send a support email, or make optional choices in the app.
- Performance of our agreement with you, such as providing gameplay, purchases, records, and app settings.
- Legitimate interests, such as maintaining security, preventing misuse, debugging, improving reliability, and responding to support requests, where those interests are not overridden by your rights.
- Legal obligations, such as tax, accounting, consumer protection, safety, platform, or lawful request requirements.
Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share selected photos for cross-context behavioral advertising in the current app. We may disclose limited information in these situations:
- With Apple and App Store services for app distribution, purchase processing, refund handling, fraud prevention, crash diagnostics if enabled, and platform operations.
- With service providers or contractors who help us provide support, hosting, analytics, security, or operations, if such services are added and only under appropriate confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
- For legal, safety, and rights-protection reasons, including to comply with lawful requests, enforce agreements, detect abuse, protect users, or defend legal claims.
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or transfer of the app, provided appropriate protections are applied to personal information.
If a future version introduces server uploads, social sharing, cloud sync, advertising, or third-party analytics beyond platform-level Apple services, we will update this Privacy Agreement and provide additional notice or choices where required.
Retention
Local selected photos, generated photo assets, app preferences, and gameplay records are generally retained on your device until you delete them, clear cache, uninstall the app, reset device storage, or use available in-app deletion controls.
Support emails may be retained for as long as needed to respond to your request, maintain records, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations. Purchase records may be retained by Apple according to Apple's policies and legal requirements.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, and loss. The app's local-first photo design reduces routine transmission of selected photos.
No app, device, or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You should use device passcodes, operating system updates, iCloud and Apple ID security controls, and careful photo-permission choices to help protect your information.
Your Privacy Rights and Choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights to know, access, receive, correct, delete, restrict, object to, withdraw consent for, or complain about certain processing of your personal information.
- You can manage photo permissions through iOS settings.
- You can delete or clear local photo assets through app controls where available.
- You can contact us at Asdecyl@163.com to request access, correction, deletion, portability, withdrawal of consent, objection, limitation, or information about our privacy practices.
- We may need to verify your request and may decline or limit a request where permitted by law, such as when we cannot verify identity, need to preserve security, must keep information for legal reasons, or do not control the information requested.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights where prohibited by law.

Children and Young Users
Asde is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children in a way that violates applicable children's privacy laws. If you are under the age required by your local law or platform rules, you must use the app only with appropriate parent or guardian permission.
Parents or guardians who believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate consent may contact us at Asdecyl@163.com. We will review and take appropriate action, such as deleting information we control where required.
International Transfers
Because Asde may be available in multiple countries, support requests and operational records may be processed in locations outside your country or region. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards designed to provide a level of protection consistent with applicable law.
Selected photos are designed to remain local in the current app. If future cloud or server features transfer photos or other personal information internationally, we will provide additional notice and safeguards where required.
Changes to This Privacy Agreement
We may update this Privacy Agreement to reflect app changes, new features, legal updates, platform requirements, or privacy-practice changes. When updates are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you, such as updating the effective date, placing an in-app notice, or requesting consent where required.
The effective date at the top of this page shows when this Privacy Agreement became effective.
