Asde User Agreement

Acceptance

This User Agreement is an agreement between you and Asde regarding your access to and use of Asde - Territory Collapse, including related features, settings, visual assets, game modes, and in-app purchase items if available.

By downloading, opening, accessing, or using Asde, you confirm that you have read and agree to this User Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

The App

Asde is a mobile game experience built around photo-based visual conquest. You may select photos from your device, and the app may transform those selected photos into local game textures such as territory surfaces, liquid photo soldiers, preview thumbnails, and battle identity visuals.

The current product is designed for iOS devices, portrait orientation, local game preferences, local photo cache management, PVP-style battle flow, PVE campaign entry, battle records, and settings controls for sound, haptics, quality, and reduced motion.

Eligibility

You must be old enough to use the app under the laws of your location and the rules of the Apple App Store. If you are under the age of legal majority, you may use Asde only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Asde is allowed where you live and that your device settings, permissions, and network environment are appropriate for your use.

Photos and User Content

You keep ownership of photos and other content you choose to use with Asde. You give Asde a limited, device-based permission to process, display, cache, resize, and render your selected photos solely to provide the in-app photo-territory gameplay and related previews.

You must only choose photos and content that you have the right to use. You agree not to use content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, sexually exploitative, invasive of privacy, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise violates the rights of another person.

Asde does not claim ownership of your photos. The current app behavior described by this project is local-first: selected photos are saved as local app assets and used for gameplay textures on your device. You can clear or change selected photo assets through the app's photo and privacy controls when available.

App License

Subject to this User Agreement, Asde grants you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the app on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by Apple App Store rules.

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, or create derivative works from the app except where applicable law gives you a non-waivable right to do so.

User Conduct

You agree to use Asde responsibly. You must not:

• Use the app to violate any law, regulation, third-party right, platform policy, or this User Agreement.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, damage, or gain unauthorized access to any app feature, device, system, or network.
• Use automation, exploits, modified clients, cheating tools, or unauthorized scripts to manipulate gameplay, purchases, records, or matchmaking.
• Misrepresent your identity, impersonate another person, or use photos or names in a way that deceives or harms others.
• Use the app to create, store, or share content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative, or otherwise harmful.

In-App Purchases

Asde may offer consumable items, visual upgrades, or other digital content through Apple in-app purchase. Prices, taxes, payment processing, billing, purchase confirmation, refunds, and subscription or purchase management are handled through Apple and may be governed by your Apple ID settings and Apple policies.

Unless required by law or Apple policy, digital items may be non-refundable once delivered or consumed. If a purchase fails to appear, contact us at Asdecyl@163.com with relevant purchase details, but do not send full payment card information.

Privacy

Your privacy matters to the app experience because photos are central to Asde. Our Privacy Agreement explains what information may be collected, how selected photos are used, how local storage works, and how users in places such as California, Canada, Singapore, Australia, the United Kingdom, and the European Economic Area may exercise privacy rights.

Please read the Asde Privacy Agreement. It is incorporated into this User Agreement by reference.

Intellectual Property

Asde, including its app design, user interface, gameplay systems, source code, visual style, icons, trade names, trademarks, and original content, is owned by Asde or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property and other laws.

Except for the limited app license above and your rights in your own photos or content, no rights are transferred to you. You may not remove, obscure, or alter any legal or proprietary notices in the app.

Availability and Changes to the App

We may improve, update, limit, suspend, remove, or discontinue any part of Asde, including game modes, levels, records, visual themes, in-app items, and compatibility with particular devices or operating system versions.

We aim to preserve a stable experience, but Asde may be unavailable from time to time because of maintenance, Apple platform changes, device limitations, software bugs, security issues, or events outside our control.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Asde is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, compatible with every device, or free from data loss.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or implied warranty limitations. Nothing in this User Agreement excludes warranties, rights, or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including consumer protection laws that may apply in California, Canada, Singapore, Australia, the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area, or other regions.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Asde and its developers, operators, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, device functionality, or content, arising from or related to your use of the app.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our liability is limited to the maximum extent allowed by applicable law. Nothing in this User Agreement limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or rights that are non-waivable under applicable consumer law.

Changes to This User Agreement

We may update this User Agreement to reflect app changes, legal requirements, privacy expectations, platform rules, or operational needs. When changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to provide notice, such as updating the effective date, placing a notice in the app, or requesting renewed consent where required.

Your continued use of Asde after an updated User Agreement becomes effective means you accept the updated version, except where applicable law requires another form of consent.

Legal Compliance and Regional Rights

You and Asde must comply with applicable laws and regulations. Depending on where you live, you may have non-waivable rights under consumer, privacy, digital content, unfair contract, online safety, or platform laws.

This User Agreement is intended to operate consistently with relevant requirements in regions including the United States, California, Canada, Singapore, Australia, the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area, and other locations where Asde may be available. If a provision conflicts with a non-waivable local law, that local law controls only to the extent of the conflict, and the rest of this User Agreement remains in effect.
